Our Founder

Hi, I’m Lovely J. Cauthen, a multi- credentialed HIM professional, medical coding educator, and founder of The Lovely Coder Academy™, a division of The Lovely Coder ™.

My journey into healthcare was not easy, i started with limited resources, big dreams, and a determination to build a better future for myself and my family. Over the years. i earned multple nationally- recognized credentials (CCS, CPC, CRCR. CSBI), gained real- world HIM experience, and developed a passion for helping others enter this field with Confidence.

I created The Lovely Coder Academy™ because i know firsthand what it feels like to want more out of your career but not know where to start. Now, I teach the very pathways I once struggled to find.
