My name is Lovely J. Cauthen, BS HIM, CCS, CPC, CRCR, CSBI.
I founded The Lovely Coder® with a passion for education, professional development, and helping others navigate healthcare career pathways. Through my own journey in health information management, medical coding, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare analytics, I have experienced the power of knowledge, mentorship, and opportunity.
